All our face to face courses are accredited by ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists)

Our online courses are approved through IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapists)
It is your responsibility to check that your existing insurance company will accept the course for insurance purposes.

Our course certificates are given out to students who have shown competence throughout the course, however we have the right to withhold any certificates if the tutor deems the student to not have reached a competent standard we hold the right to charge for extra training if this is required.

Celo Tan & Lash limited and staff accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website, or any information contained on any of our sites, images or training.
It is your responsibility as the purchaser/student to check that your insurance will cover you for all/any courses. We do recommend Insync insurance who will insure any courses run by us.

By purchasing a course through us you agree to our no refund policy and agree to any additional charges which may apply for rearranging training.

Please be aware that if attending our face2face courses you maybe required to bring a model please ask the tutor at time of booking or as soon as possible.

When booking you agree and fully understand we may need to change training dates last minute due to student numbers no refund will be given but other dates will be offered to you.

Instalment plans are via a well know provider under a credit agreement with them and is subject to acceptance.

Any instalment plans directly with ourselves will be maximum of 1-4 payments and the balance will be due no later than the purchasers course date and is fully non refundable.

All courses are pass or fail, All courses purchased at full or discount, part of a bundle or a deal are fully non-refundable.

You agree by purchasing any of our courses that full payment is required and is fully non refundable, courses with a deposit paid by card will be stored and you agree we reserve the right to debit this payment method at any time to cover the balance of the course.

The purchaser agrees and understands that if for any reason we need to cancel the booked training date no refund will be given and a training space will be made available for the purchaser at the next available date.

Payment plans are via a third party any arrangements are solely between the purchaser and them, we hold no responsibility. By purchasing via one of our sites you agree to all terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to check that your existing insurance company will accept the course for insurance purposes if you are looking for a new provider we can point you towards a provider once passing.

Courses purchased that include kit are for UK delivery only, courses that require proof of existing qualifications must be from a recognised and accredited training provider. Online courses do not include starter kit.

Digital downloads ebooks pdfs and course material are all copyright protected these purchases are fully non refundable by purchasing you understand these are limited to 1 download.

Our face to face courses are refundable if you are unhappy with the training we have provided. You are required to inform us in writing before the end of your course. You agree that once the course has finished and certificates have been processed no refund can be given. You agree and understand that if you miss the course time and date and we have not received notice within 48 you agree to no refund.

By purchasing any of our courses you agree to only use products designed for the treatment being taught, you understand using any products not designed for a particular treatment not only can be damaging to clients but will result in a fail.

If purchasing via an external source for example “Reed” we have a 14 day refund policy in place if courses have not been started or training account signed up to. If purchasing through a site like Reed we have 48hours to sign you up to the chosen course we try todo this as soon as we get notification so you can enjoy your course. Course access is for 2-3 months if after this time the course work including case studies is not complete you will need to repurchase the course at full price.

Purchaser agrees to leave a valid phone number this is required when signing up for an account without this your course can not be added.

TUTORS ARE AVAILABLE DURING WORKING HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9-5 HOWEVER WE DO TRY TO RESPOND AS SOON AS WE CAN.

You fully understand Beauty by Mirka (Celo Tan and Lash) hold no responsibility for individual course instructed by third party tutors and instructors when purchasing a course not fully created by ourselves you must contact the individual instructor all courses are fully non refundable.

Certificates are sent via our online system for you to print and share once passing if you require a copy to be mailed a charge of £15 per certificate will be required including postage (UK) other charges if outside this area (certificate printed on plain paper).

We are an approved training provider via IICT for our online courses which we recommend Radius insurance for and ABT accredited for the following face 2 face courses – Individual Eyelash, Russian Volume, Lash lift, Brow Lamination, Henna Brow, Spray Tan, Lash Lift, Tinting, Waxing and Threading only these courses will show the ABT accreditation logo.

Proof of identification will be required (photo id) along with a video of the student performing the treatment if this is not satisfactory your course will be marked as a fail this is to make sure it is the student doing the treatment and not someone else. Photos should be time stamped as proof they are yours and done after the course theory by purchasing our course/s you agree to all terms and conditions.

By purchasing you agree payment plans and/or subscriptions must be paid in full and on time, you agree we reserve the right to automatically take these payments we hold the right to with hold certificates if payments are not made. 

You agree and understand where a subscription to our new location website has been offered as part of a package we reserve the right to remove you at any time for non payment. You agree and understand if a start or end date for this website has been set we hold the right to amend this at anytime without prior notice. You fully understand we may require extra time to complete this new website and add therapists details we will endeavour todo this as soon as possible.

Please remember and be aware our courses have tracking which show us how long a student has spent on the course any skipping content or not watching/completing any section will result in a fail buy purchasing any course you confirm and understand this.

Certificates may have an expiry date please make sure you make a copy of your certificate as soon as possible as rearranging new certificates will result in the student being charged.

By purchasing one of our courses in the comfort of your own home it is the purchasers responsibility to arrange a model for all practical work without this we can not pass you and no refund will be given models are also required to have had a Patch Test arranged by the purchaser.

By purchasing a pre-sale course you agree the course is fully non-refundable. 

Russian volume courses require a previous lash qualification either classic or full individual eyelash extensions we will require to see proof of your certificate along with any supporting documents with over 3 months of experience in the field, only then can we issue our certificates.

Enrolment on courses is for a limited time this may vary but set to 60- 90 days if the course is not complete within this time the course may need to be repurchased.

By purchasing you agree that if purchasing with a discount code or as a competition, kits may not be included within the price even if the course states kits will be provided unless stated otherwise between tutor and student.

We may terminate your registration and/or deny you access to the Website or any part of it (including any services, goods or information available on or through the Website) at any time in our absolute discretion and without any explanation or notification.

Please allow 5-10 working days for kits to arrive by purchasing a course online via phone you agree to joining our mailing list.

Therapists outside the UK 

You will get a certificate of Completion once the course has been completed and/or all case studies have been submitted plus our pass mark reached.

You must remember the regulations in each state/country is different for providing brow or any other beauty services.  

Beauty by Mirka (Celo Tan & Lash Ltd) are not responsible for any part of training, outcome or regulations within the purchasers own operating country/area it is up to the individual purchasing our online courses to fully comply with their own state laws and regulations at all times.

When signing up to affiliate marketing you agree and understand profit share is via PayPal only, on confirmed purchases only, can not be used to purchase courses for yourself, percentages may vary and we hold the right to change these with no pria warning.

1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?

When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) or as a client for treatment on our sites or related courses or for treatment, as part of the enrolling booking process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, postal address and email address.


Email marketing: We may send you emails about our sites and related course(s) treatments registration, course content, your course progress or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the courses or treatment, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion.

4. Thinkific

Our courses and site (beautytrainingonline) is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.

Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


Payment:

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.
